Johnnie Johnson Housing has been shortlisted for the Digital Transformation Award and Best Resident Involvement Initiative, at this year’s Northern Housing Awards.
The digital revolution is transforming the way businesses and organisations provide services and interact with their customers.
Since the start of the pandemic, Johnnie Johnson Housing has been striving for digital excellence, integrating new digital platforms and supporting over 200 colleagues to work virtually from home.

Over the past year we have been on a digital transformation journey, optimising digital platforms to work for our business and introducing new telephone services and digital software to improve resident engagement and monitor call performance.”

Johnnie Johnson Housing has also been shortlisted for the Best Resident Involvement Initiative alongside their repairs and maintenance provider Fortem.
