Money Advice Sessions

Online Customer Conference
Thursday 16 March 10:30am – 1:00pm

These sessions are a great opportunity for residents to learn more about important issues and projects. This will include an update from the Customer and Neighbourhoods team, as well as information regarding estates and assets, plus planned maintenance and fire safety information. We will also share information on how we are helping our residents with their general wellbeing and mental health as well as money advice and ask any questions they may have. Property Scheme Drop-ins

Join one of our upcoming property scheme drop-ins and find out the latest updates about your property. We are offering a range of dates and locations, some of these will be delivered in-person and some will be delivered online via a Microsoft Teams meeting. Neighbourhood drop-ins

Neighbourhood drop-ins are held monthly as an opportunity for you to meet your Neighbourhood Housing Officer and raise any issues or questions you have regarding the community you live in. For Independent Living properties, your Neighbourhood drop-ins will be held onsite in the office or communal lounge. For General Let properties, your Neighbourhood drop-ins will be held online. Join our digital support sessions if you are looking to take your first step online, need support using our Resident Portal, or just have a question related to digital services or devices.
