Astraline secures TSA Platinum status

Astraline were delighted to receive news in July that they had secured the Telecare Services Association Platinum accreditation, following their recent audit.

Johnnie Johnson Housing launched Astraline in July 2000. The centre was originally set up to service the residents living in Johnnie Johnson homes. At that time they were using 17 different contact centres to serve their residents. Since its launch, Astraline has gone from strength to strength and now delivers a variety of services to over 100 corporate clients across the UK.

Joe McLoughlin, Head of Astraline said “We have been operating at platinum level for quite some time and the team felt the time was right to go through the audit and accreditation process. It’s been a busy few months preparing for the audit and we couldn’t be happier that the hard work, commitment and performance of our telecare team has paid off and resulted in such a fantastic achievement”.

Joe added “Astraline now joins an elite group of companies who have achieved platinum status placing us in the top 20% nationally. Together with our ambitious growth plans and the digital innovation we are developing with key industry partners, we are excited to see what the future holds. Gaining this award demonstrates our commitment to outstanding services for our residents, customers and clients. They were one of the first 5 companies in the UK to be accredited to the Code of Practice and its fantastic achievement that they have now achieved platinum award, demonstrating excellence in service delivery.
