Festive period closure and re-opening times
Phone lines close at 1pm on Friday 22nd December 2023 and re-open at 8:30am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Emergency Repairs
If you are calling about an emergency repair and there is a risk to health, safety, property or security please call us on 03453055335 and press one (1) for the out of hours emergency repair line.
Payments
To make a payment or report a non-urgent repair you can do this via this form on our website or via your portal account.
General Enquiries
You can also submit general enquiries via the website, portal or by emailing general.enquiries@jjhousing.co.uk and your enquiry will be responded to when we re-open in January.
