Coronavirus (COVID19) Update

The Coronavirus is all over the news and we’d like to share with you what we are doing and let you know that we are here to help.  Our planning aims to minimise the impact the outbreak may have on the delivery of our services, as well as keeping you and your neighbours safe and well. We follow the news and the regular updates provided by Public Health England on the Government website and we are posting regular updates on our own website for those who use the technology.

Astraline is available for all residents who need it.  This is our emergency telecare service providing help over the phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If you want to talk to us about installing Astraline, please contact us on 0345 305 5335 and we will be happy to help.
If you have changed your phone number or email address recently, please would you ring us on 0345 305 5335 to make sure we have the correct contact information. This will help us ensure you receive all communications as quickly as possible.
