Did you know about the Priority Services Register?

The Priority Services Register is a free support service, that makes sure extra help is available to people in vulnerable situations, ensuring they can always get a continuous supply of energy.

The register is promoted by Ofgem, whose role it is to protect consumers by working to deliver a greener, fairer energy system.

There are several reasons why you or your family might be eligible, ranging from:

  • Being state pension age
  • Having a long-term medical condition
  • You are pregnant or have young children
  • You need short term support after a stay in hospital

You might still be able to register for other reasons.

If you think you or a loved one might be eligible, you will need to contact your energy supplier directly to get yourself or family members added to the register.
